Stress Doodling for Self-Care: Adults Date: Mondays Time: 7 pm - 8:30 pm These Art as Meditation events create a space where you can explore your creativity in the presence of others. Participants are invited to take time for themselves and reflect with art making. Each session is facilitated by Mrs. Jasmin and will offer time for optional sharing and interpreting on the creative piece. Taking time for creativity can be a valuable form of self-care, a break in your busy day, and time to spend with others. Please be aware this is not a therapy group. I do not analyze your stress doodles. I am happy to give you the opportunity to share your thoughts on the stress doodles, maybe that brings up some insights for you.
