Fancy Pencils has the right to cancel classes and advise students accordingly by email, phone and/or SMS message. A makeup class will be provided where the cancellation is due to illness or unavailability of Mrs. Jasmin. A makeup class will also be provided where the cancellation is due to reasons outside of Fancy Pencils control, such as storm activity, power outage, fire, etc.

 

Please notify Fancy Pencils if a student is unable to attend a class and contact Mrs. Jasmin at kidsart@fancypencils.org or call 248.252.5227. You may or may not be eligible for refund or studio credit – please see the details below.

 

For summer or school break camps please cancel 7 full days before the start date to receive a full refund or apply a full credit to future lessons or camps. No refund, part refund or credit will be given if a student withdraws from the camp once the teaching term has commenced.

 

If a student is unable to attend a class, please notify Mrs. Jasmin full 24 hours in advance of lesson/class start. No refund, part refund, credit or make up class will be offered if a student is absent from class without 24-hour notice. For all other private lessons, classes, online art, and supplemental homeschool art, please cancel full 24-hours before the start of the class to get a full refund, studio credit or make-up class.
