Credit & Refund Policy
I understand that emergencies can happen and plans are forced to change - there will be times a booking needs to be canceled. Seating and art lesson appointments are limited, please try to give me as much notification as possible if you need to cancel a booking.
The above policies apply to all forms of payment for private lessons, workshops, educational art, seasonal projects, glow night, or camps including cash, check, credit cards prepaid packages, credits, discount vouchers, and gift certificates.
Cancellations must be made to kidsart@fancypencils.org - cancellations should not be made to Facebook. You can also text me at 248.252.5227.
For cancellations that occur 7 days or more before the workshop, educational art, or camp starts, I will offer a full refund or a credit towards future courses or camps.
For cancellations that occur within 7 days, Fancy Pencils is not obligated to give any credits.
For cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the lesson starts, I will offer a credit towards future private art lessons.
For cancellations that occur within 24 hours, Fancy
Pencils is not obligated to give any credits.
